Vanilla Porter Beeramis

1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream ( Whipped)
8 oz Mascarpone Cheese- Italian Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
48 Lady Finger Cookies
12 oz Breckenridge Vanilla Porter Beer
½ Cup Coco Powder

Whip heavy cream to soft peaks - set aside. Combine mascarpone, sugar, vanilla & eggs- whip together. fold whipped cream into cheese mixture. Use a glass/pyrex 8x8 casserole dish. Quick dip lady fingers 1 at a time into Vanilla Porter. Make a layer of dipped cookies. Spread cheese and cream mixture to cover ½ inch. Dust with coco. Repeat the process. Finish with dusted coco. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Yazoo Dos Peros (American Brown Ale)

Brewed by Yazoo Brewing Company out of Nashville, TN. Dos Peros is a staple for so many throughout Nashville and within Yazoo. This highly drinkable beer is made with German Munich malt, English Pale malt, and Chocolate malt, and hopped with Perle and Saaz hops. Like many Mexican brewers, Dos Perros contains a small portion of flaked maize resulting in a wonderful bready malt aroma, balanced with some maize sweetness and a noble hop finish.  It’s aroma is very faint with smells of caramel, malt and brown sugar.

Jackalope Red Rompo Rye Ale (Red Ale)

Although the brewery does make other beers, Shiner Bock is its flagship brew. Bock reflects the tradition of genuine Bavarian beers as a brew only a craftsman like Kosmos Spoetzl, trained in the “Old Country,” could bring to life. With its deep amber color, distinctive rich flavor and full body, Shiner Bock demonstrates the care of a handcrafted brewing process to bring forth a mellow taste free of the bitter aftertaste found in many micro, specialty and imported beers.
